Using Excel

Today I learned how to use Excel. It was a pretty easy job. I had learned how to use it a little in grade school but only actually used it a few times so I got if forgot about it.  It’s a real quick and easy way to make charts and use data. I’m not exactly sure when I’ll use it again. Maybe when I’m older I can use it to keep track of my bills and the things I buy. Some things we learn in this class we might not use when we get out of high school but I’m pretty sure that most students will find a way to use Excel.

My Expectations

My expectations of TEC are pretty good. I hear from my friends that is an easy and fun class to have. I’m glad that I have this class because I’m not that good with working with computers. I mean I know how to work the basics like taking notes and using the Internet but that is about it.  I’m not exactly sure if I’ll end up using this stuff outside of school but it’s still good to know just in case. The stuff we learn in this class I will be able to use through out the rest of high school and it will help make the Macs easier to use.
